Peter Domagas
Founder
Peter Domagas is currently the manager of Operational and O&M planning with over 16 years of experience in the natural gas utility industry. His experience revolves around financial analysis and reporting that support strategic planning, implementation of technology to improve business processes, and the provision of financial forecasts for regulatory filing and analysis. Peter seeks to cultivate relationships and leverage his experience to provide insights for strategic decisions. He is focused on three areas that drive success in business: People, Process, Technology. Developing an understanding of these drivers in relation to the business, regulatory, and economic environments is where he brings value. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from Mount Saint Mary’s University. He is also the Board President of Pacific Asian Counseling Services, a non-profit providing culturally sensitive mental health services to APIs, the immigrant community, and the homeless population in Los Angeles.
Calvin Lee
Founder
Calvin Lee is a motivated and driven certified public accountant and project management professional with over 20 years of experience in electricity utility operation focusing on regulatory and financial compliance, finance modeling/valuation, risk assessment, business process re-engineering, and culture transformation. The rare blend of expertise in accounting, finance and utility business operation that deeply enhances his decision-making quality and effectiveness by truly linking organization’s strategic objectives and financial performance. Calvin believes in developing trusting relationships by listening and comprehending other’s unique circumstances. He provides solutions to his client’s obstacles through his skills of problem solving and comprehension of complex issues. His attention to detail and organizational skills enable him to act as a strong advocate for his clients to accomplish their goals and his believes of not being satisfied with status quo always pushing him for improvements and change. Calvin holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton and recently earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. In addition, he is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Project Management Professional (PMP). Calvin is currently serving as a Board member of a 53-unit condo complex. With his vision of developing a comprehensive energy management and modernization plan, the community has successfully achieved a short-term goal in sizable cost savings as part of energy modernization journey. In his free time, Calvin enjoys traveling, golfing, volunteering at church, and spending time with his adored husky, Lumi and American shepherd, Whiskey.
Sunil Varma
Founder
Sunil Varma is a solutions oriented professional with over 25 years of experience in the areas of environment, energy, and business. He has developed innovative programs to manage environmental and energy related issues at large multi-national organizations and regulatory agencies. He enjoys studying problems and brainstorming with multi-disciplinary teams to craft well-thought out solutions. He is motivated to build long-term relationships with clients to craft meaningful approaches to modernizing and increasing the operational efficiency of their assets and communities. He has degrees in engineering and business. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, usually at the beach or hiking a nearby trail.
